When does ticket pricing change?

Ticket prices increase in phases. The earlier you purchase, the more you save. Once the early bird and discounted phases close, on-the-door pricing applies.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes. Early-bird discounts are offered for a limited time at the start of each ticketing phase. After this, prices rise as we get closer to the event.

What happens if I cannot attend after purchasing my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our cancellation policy in the T&Cs for full details. Transfers to a colleague may be possible before the event, subject to approval.

Are meals and accommodation included in the ticket price?

Certain lounges and dining options are included depending on your pass type. Reserved hotel blocks are available for VIPs and delegates pay partner hotels directly.

Is there an age restriction?

Yes. LEAP East is a professional B2B event. Attendees must be 18+.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Invoices and bank transfers may be arranged for group bookings.

Can I upgrade my pass later?

Yes. You can upgrade from General to a Priority or VIP pass while tickets are still available. Pricing will follow the current phase at the time of upgrade.
