How do I get to the venue?
LEAP East takes place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), located on the Wan Chai waterfront in the heart of the city.
The venue is easily accessible via multiple transport options:
- MTR (Train): Direct access via Exhibition Centre Station, with Wan Chai Station also within walking distance
- Taxi & ride-hailing: Taxis and ride-hailing services are widely available across Hong Kong
- Bus: A number of public bus routes stop near the venue
- Ferry & water taxi: The Wan Chai Ferry Pier is a short walk away, connecting you to key areas across Victoria Harbour
Visitors can reach the HKCEC within minutes from Central, Admiralty and Tsim Sha Tsui, with covered walkways and pedestrian access throughout.

Is LEAP East accessible for visitors with disabilities?
Yes. The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is fully equipped to support visitors with disabilities.
Facilities include step-free access across major entrances, wheelchair-accessible lifts, accessible toilets and designated parking bays. Additional features such as tactile guide paths, braille directories and a teleloop system are also available, and guide dogs are welcome.
Electric wheelchair charging points are available at the Harbour Road Entrance if needed.

Is the venue Muslim-friendly?
Yes. The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is recognised as a Muslim-friendly MICE venue and has achieved Gold Certification from CrescentRating.
Dedicated prayer spaces for men and women are available with Qibla direction clearly marked and prayer mats provided. Nearby facilities include ablution areas and water-friendly restrooms.
Halal-certified food options are also available during events with additional catering options available on request.
What is the dress code?
There is no formal dress code for LEAP East. Business or business casual attire is recommended for attendees.
As the event involves a large exhibition space, comfortable footwear is advised.
