Xu Ying, Vanessa is the Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of VS Partners, a global asset allocation firm headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Dubai and Shenzhen. With over two decades of experience in global markets and formerly as an award-winning portfolio manager, she pioneers the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) indigenously from Asia for global asset owners. VS Partners as an early Asia-founded leader in OCIO business, empowers global asset owners with full, crises-teste buyside competence. VS Partners’ discovers, selects and partners with top managers, and the firm’s asset allocation footprints span across major global markets including North America, Europe, China, Japan, India, AESEA and GCC, in public and private equity, fixed income, credit, critical resources/commodities, and the firm innovates bespoke solutions with inbound and outbound capabilities particularly with regards to China market.In 2022, Ms. Xu was named one of Fortune China’s Most Powerful Women. She is also a Fellow of the Aspen China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, underscoring her influence as a thought leader in international finance and economics.
