AquanowPhil Sham is the Co-Founder and CEO of Aquanow, an institutional digital-asset infrastructure and liquidity provider serving banks, payment networks, fintechs, and enterprises across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Under his leadership, Aquanow has become a key settlement and liquidity partner for institutions adopting digital-asset rails.Before founding Aquanow in 2018, Phil built a strong capital-markets foundation. He served as Principal, Quantitative Equities at Connor, Clark & Lunn, overseeing global electronic trading, and previously held senior roles at CIBC Capital Markets, Lehman Brothers, and Scotiabank.Phil holds a Master of Financial Engineering from Cornell University and dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Queen’s University.A recognised industry voice, Phil has appeared on Bloomberg, BNN Bloomberg, and Asharq Business, among others.
