NanoPalmDr. Ali H. Alhasan is the founder and CEO of NanoPalm, a Saudi Biopharma DeepTech company focused on gene therapy, where he co-invented the biorobot architecture and the EnsaliX AI engine. Dr. Alhasan is a global pioneer in Nanomedicine and gene therapy with 15 years of experience in nanotechnology and 10 year of experience in excutive management as the former deputy director of the joint center of excellences program at KACST. He is the co-founder of the KACST-BWH/Harvard center of excellence for biomedicine, and an adjunct professor of NanoMedicine at Alfaisal University. He obtained his PhD in NanoMedicine from Northwestern University and Post-doctoral Scholar at UC San Diego. His research focuses on the biochemical properties of nanoconjugates and the interaction of such structures with biological moieties in order to develop precise targeted payload delivery nano-platforms. He has published papers on his advances in discovery, therapy development and drug delivery in high impact journals like Science Advances, PNAS, ACS Nano, JACS, Small, and Analytical Chemistry. He has been the recipient of recognitions including the Leader of the Yearby the Ministry of Communications & IT (MCIT), “Outstanding Researcher” from International Institute for Nanotechnology, “Gold medal” from Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, and “Into new World Award “ from LEAP.
