MicrosoftAli Powell leads the Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) Technical Services Organization for Asia, where he is architecting a unified regional strategy to redefine how customers realize value across their entire lifecycle with Microsoft. He is a key driver of Microsofts One Services vision—bringing together the breadth of Microsofts services capabilities into a single, outcome-aligned model that is simpler for customers and sellers, and sharper in delivering AI-era impact. Under his leadership, the Asia organization is scaling proactive support to accelerate solution adoption, codifying proven best practices to deliver quality at scale, and driving executive-level engagement aligned to customer time zones. By seamlessly integrating proactive and reactive touchpoints, Ali ensures customers across Asia experience a consistent, high-impact journey—turning every interaction into measurable business outcomes.Previously, Ali served as Vice President of Global Customer Success, leading the Azure Infrastructure and Digital & Application Innovation Solution Areas. In this role, he championed flagship programs that accelerated cloud adoption at scale, unlocked significant value from the Microsoft Cloud, and delivered consistent, market-shaping results for customers and the business.Before joining Microsoft in 2006, Ali built his foundation in professional services and enterprise technology at Deloitte and Citigroup, where he advised global enterprises on complex transformation initiatives.
