Day 3 - 10th July
AGI Advances into the Physical World
As AGI moves from the digital world into the physical world, general-purpose intelligent robots are emerging as the next revolutionary intelligent device. This session explores how embodied foundation models, reliable robotic hardware, and real-world deployment scenarios are converging to create a new generation of productivity-driven robots. Drawing on applications in semiconductor manufacturing, transportation hub services and public service, the presentation will discuss how general-purpose robots can address structural labor shortages, improve operational efficiency, and continuously learn from real-world environments. It offers a forward-looking view of how robots may become as widely adopted as smartphones and smart vehicles, reshaping industries and expanding human capabilities in the years ahead.
